  Honestly a 0 star should be an option. 1. Walked in before ordering food (me and my family had traveled over an hour in traffic on our way back from visiting family) so my kids needed the toilets, my youngest being autistic i stood outside the door for her and got questioned by staff in disgust as I answered. 2. Sat at a table waiting for table service only for the server to bump into my arm TWICE! Whilst placing our food down ( same lady who was cleaning and questioned my standing waiting for my child. 3. The chicken nuggets that were served didn't seem the normal colour nor coating for mcdonalds nuggets, but knowing of the strict cook times and such I let this slide and took them on their word. More fool me. 4. No more than arriving home some 2 hours later my daughter started projectile vomiting, moaning of stomach cramps (again I reiterate she's highly autistic so you can imagine the ordeal that followed) 5. Tried phoning and got no answer after more than 5 attempts of trying. A formal request for H+S and trading/food standards has been sent to make a visit. After seeing numerous other reviews left here now, I'm surprised there even still allowed to trade.

  The staff lady in the drivethrough was mean to my 15 year old and 12 year old kids for doing their scooters in the driveway instead of politely saying “sorry I can’t serve you through the drivethrough this is for vehicles only come in the normal way” she was like instead “theres no point on being in the drivethrough you should just go I’m not gonna serve some kids on scooters the drivethrough is for vehicles only” in an aggressive way the staff thinks they can be rude to kids

  I violently threw up after eating chicken nugget with hairs on them and then had ketchup from the sauce dispensers and it had a funky weird taste to it with random little chunky bits in it and for my husband’s food I pacifically ordered without pickles and cheese because he is lactose intolerant and he has a ganging disorder to the smell of different foods like pickles but they still put it on his burger. worst experience ever do not come here
